What Are Your Desires?

What are your desires?

This question might sound simple, but for many people - especially men - it can be incredibly uncomfortable.

Because asking for what you want requires clarity.

It requires ownership.

And it often requires moving through the fear that your truth will be too much, too different, or too confronting.

Whether it’s the desire to touch, to be touched, to express something raw, or to share a deeper experience - naming it out loud is where intimacy begins.

This is where the real work starts in relationship.

Not by guessing or performing, but by asking and sharing.

What do you want?

What do you need?

What’s the thing you’re afraid to say?

Ask your partner. Ask yourself.

And let the answers open the space for more truth, more connection, and more depth.
